Great to meet you!

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland School of Social Work. I have cultivated a rich background across a variety of therapeutic settings that span working with Veterans, individuals in inpatient programs for eating disorders, co-occurring residential facilities, and an outpatient community clinic in downtown Baltimore, where I provided support to local residents suffering from acute mental illnesses.

My approach to therapy

I am particularly adept at working with adults, specializing in treating anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, disordered eating, and trauma. My therapeutic work is deeply influenced by a desire to explore and understand the patterns stemming from family of origin issues and how they impact my clients’ current relationship to self and others.

I lead with a trauma-informed lens, informed by my fellowship through the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy and Psychoanalysis (ICP+P), and have implemented a relational tradition into my work in addition to CBT, DBT, PE, and ACT models.

What you can expect from me

I hope that I can gather as much information as possible to help form a comprehensive picture of who you are as a person and the different systems that have influenced your decision to seek support.
