Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Eileen (they/them), a queer, nonbinary therapist who’s endlessly curious about people’s stories. I love supporting LGBTQ+ clients in navigating identity, relationships, and life’s challenges, while helping uncover the wisdom and resilience you already carry. Our work together will be collaborative, curious, and grounded in your strengths.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is integrative and client-centered. I draw from relational, parts-based, DBT, ACT, and person-centered frameworks, while also incorporating knowledge of the nervous system. I work with an understanding of how trauma, oppression, and minority stress shape emotional and relational experiences, and I aim to create a supportive, affirming space for healing and growth

What you can expect from me

People start therapy with me for a variety of reasons including trauma, anxiety, burnout, relationship struggles, difficulty setting boundaries, or questions about identity. No matter why you arrive, we will likely start by untangling that ball of thoughts, feelings, and history you carry inside. Together, we can gently explore to see if we can find patterns, meaning, and, my personal favorite: space for self-compassion
