Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience helping adults who are coping with trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, personality-related patterns, and major life transitions. My work is grounded in an understanding of how trauma can affect the nervous system, emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I provide a therapy space that is warm, thoughtful, and collaborative, while also being structured and purposeful. I help clients make sense of what they are experiencing, strengthen coping skills, and work toward lasting change in the areas of life that matter most to them.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed, collaborative, and tailored to the needs of each individual. I draw from evidence-based practices to help clients build coping skills, improve emotional regulation, understand patterns in relationships, and process difficult experiences in a safe and manageable way. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and productive, with space for reflection, skill-building, and meaningful forward movement.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a supportive and thoughtful conversation about what brings them to therapy, what feels most important right now, and what they hope will be different. I begin by getting to know the person as a whole, including current stressors, emotional patterns, relationships, and any past experiences that may still be affecting them. My goal is for clients to leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together.
