Great to meet you!

After years as a bereavement coordinator in hospice care, I have sat with some of life's hardest moments: grief, serious illness, caregiving, and loss. Those experiences showed

me that healing looks different for everyone. My goal is to offer a warm, compassionate, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and supported as you build the

confidence to move forward. Whether you are facing grief, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, or a major life transition, I would be honored to support you on this journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and client centered. I believe in meeting each person where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs, experiences, and goals. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore difficult emotions, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for navigating life’s challenges. Whether you are coping with grief, anxiety, depression, caregiver stress, or a major life transition, I am committed to helping you feel empowered and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

What you can expect from me

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to make your first session as comfortable as possible. During our initial meeting, we’ll spend time getting to know one another, discussing what has brought you to therapy, and exploring your goals for treatment. I’ll answer any questions you may have, and together we’ll begin creating a plan that feels right for you. My hope is that you leave our first session feeling heard, supported, and confident that we’re working together toward meaningful growth and healing.
