Great to meet you!

I graduated from Walden University with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I previously worked as a mental health technician at an inpatient hospital and a residential facility with adults dealing with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and grief. I also have experience working with adults who experienced trauma.

My approach to therapy

I understand that every person is unique, as such, I tailor my approach, which is person-centered with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to each client for what works best for them. I also understand that there are various variables in life that affect us, so I like to take a holistic approach as well. I also try to provide a warm and empathetic environment so clients can be themselves.

What you can expect from me

Our first session we have a conversation to get to know you better and start to build the therapeutic relationship. My goal is for clients to feel seen and heard.
