Great to meet you!

I’m an excellent listener, and before I ever talk about medication, I want to understand what’s really driving how you feel. I work with adolescents, adults, and seniors across Maryland managing anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, PTSD, and trauma, combining medication management with practical, CBT-based tools so you always know why we’re doing what we’re doing.

My approach to therapy

As a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner in Psychiatric Mental Health (CRNP-PMH) with four years of clinical experience, I prioritize safety and deliver excellent mental health care to my patients. I involve them in their care by educating them about the underlying causes of their issues and encouraging adherence to their medication and treatment plans to ensure effective management and potential recovery.

What you can expect from me

Your first visit starts with your story, not a checklist: what’s been working, what hasn’t, and what you want to feel different. From there we build a plan together, combining medication management with concrete coping tools you can use between sessions, and check in regularly so you always understand your treatment and why it’s working.
