Great to meet you!

I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) serving patients throughout Maryland. Over the past three years, I have worked with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other mental health concerns across a variety of treatment settings. My approach is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and collaborative, focusing on understanding each person's unique experiences while developing individualized treatment plans that support long-term wellness and recovery.

I believe that effective mental health care begins with listening. I take time to understand my clients' concerns, goals, and challenges while providing evidence-based medication management, education, and supportive therapeutic interventions. My goal is to create a safe environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to take an active role in their treatment.

Whether you are seeking help for the first time or looking for ongoing psychiatric care, I am committed to helping you achieve improved emotional well-being, greater stability, and a better quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based. I believe that every client deserves to feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. I work closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs, goals, strengths, and challenges while focusing on both symptom relief and long-term wellness.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, substance use disorders, and other mental health conditions across the lifespan. My approach combines comprehensive psychiatric assessment, medication management, psychoeducation, supportive therapy, and practical coping strategies to help clients improve daily functioning and overall quality of life.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns and feel empowered throughout the treatment process. My goal is not only to manage symptoms but also to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting progress in their mental health journey.
