Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (Spanish/English), Latina therapist providing video sessions in NY, NC, SC and NJ. I specialize in working with adults, especially first-generation, Latinx/e, and BIPOC women, who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and the emotional weight of generational and cultural expectations. If you're someone who tends to hold it all together for everyone else, feels overwhelmed by self-doubt, or struggles to feel truly seen, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it all on your own.

My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in cultural humility. I integrate Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to support deeper healing, not just surface-level change. Whether you're working through past trauma, managing ongoing anxiety, or trying to reconnect with your true self, I’m here to help you move forward with more clarity and self-trust.

I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Fordham University and have over a decade of experience supporting individuals through transitions, identity exploration, and emotional healing. All sessions are offered virtually in a safe, affirming space where all parts of you are welcome.

My approach to therapy

I take a trauma-informed, culturally affirming, and somatic approach to therapy. I'm a Certified Brainspotting Therapist, IFS Level 1 trained, and also draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I support clients in processing intergenerational trauma, reconnecting with their bodies, and unlearning patterns rooted in survival mode. My goal is to help you feel safer in your own skin, build self-trust, and move toward healing in a way that honors your story and pace.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where your full story, including your culture, values, and lived experience, is seen and respected. We’ll move at your pace, centering your voice and honoring your autonomy throughout the process. Many clients leave sessions feeling more grounded, more connected to their emotions, and empowered to live in a way that feels true to who they are, not just who they’ve been expected to be.
