Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults (12+). I specialize in working with individuals navigating PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and complex trauma. I am currently completing the ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP) certification to deepen my work with attention, executive functioning, and neurodivergent clients.

My approach integrates exposure-based strategies, DBT skills, and polyvagal-informed care to help clients build regulation, clarity, and resilience. I bring experience from community mental health, school-based settings, and outpatient care, supporting individuals and families across diverse systems.

I strive to create a therapeutic space that is structured, collaborative, and affirming. Clients who work with me are often ready to better understand their nervous system, reduce intrusive patterns, and move toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I provide structured, trauma-informed therapy for adolescents and adults (12+) for individuals with PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and complex trauma. My approach integrates EMDR, exposure-based strategies (ERP), DBT skills, and polyvagal-informed care to help clients better understand their nervous system and build lasting regulation skills.

I believe symptoms make sense in context. Rather than pathologizing survival strategies, I work collaboratively with clients to reduce avoidance, increase distress tolerance, and create meaningful change. Therapy with me is active, skill-based, and grounded in neuroscience... designed for individuals who are ready to move forward with clarity and intention.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a structured, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach. I provide clear direction, practical tools, and education about how the nervous system and brain patterns influence thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Sessions are active and goal-oriented while still allowing space for meaningful processing.

I balance compassion with gentle challenge. We will work on building distress tolerance, reducing avoidance, and developing skills that create lasting change.. not just temporary relief. My goal is to help you feel more regulated, more clear, and more in control of your life.
