Great to meet you!
Originally from Liberia, I grew up in Columbia, MD. Considering my culturally diverse background I am a natural advocate for people from all walks of life. Each person deserves to reach their fullest potential and I’ve dedicated my life, through counseling and supporting counselors, to reach the marginalized, so they have a voice and are able to be seen, heard, respected, and represented. My moto is empowerment through education, self-awareness, growth and inspiration. We are all valuable members of society, sometimes we just need guidance and support with finding our way.
I have my LCPC (MD) and LPC (VA) and received my MA from Hampton University spending over a decade in the social work field in the inner cities helping under-privileged children and families obtain goals and resources in hopes of reaching their fullest potential. As a primary therapist for a national eating disorder facility, I helped young women gain purpose in their lives by positioning them to become empowered and hopeful about their futures. I also worked as a care advocate for a national insurance company helping clients get access to counseling services for substance use addictions and in-patient care.
I want to get to know you and hear your story. Reach out and let’s get your voice back so you can be heard, empowered, and ultimately live your best life!
