As a trained provider working with military individuals and their families with young children and teenagers , she apply motivational strategies, reflective listening, and empowerment to help clients gain deeper insights to cope with military family life adjustments, depression, anxiety, or PTSD . Having lived in a few southern and northern states, being connected to a generation of military family members and working as a trained provider serving military individuals and their families, Elaine continue to respect each client's values, culture, faith, and perspectives that shape each client's life journey. Outside of her work, she look forward to family gathering as an active grandparent of one young grandchild who enjoys receiving her surprises and walking her Yorkshire Terrier. Look forward to be your supportive therapist.
