Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in real life. I work with adults and teens who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, navigating life transitions and patterns that feel hard to break. In sessions I balance compassion with practical strategies to help clients make meaningful changes.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, insight-oriented, and solution-focused; blending reflection with practical tools to help you better understand yourself and create meaningful change. Sessions are a supportive space where we explore what’s going on beneath the surface while also focusing on what you want to change moving forward. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and not judged.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out for therapy can feel intimidating, and you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. You don’t even need to have the right words or a clear plan—just a willingness to start.
