Great to meet you!

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and trauma. I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and offer sessions for folks who have completed DBT programs and are interested in keeping up with their skills. I have additional training in prolonged exposure for DBT which incorporates DBT skills with trauma processing.

My approach to therapy

As a social worker I have a unique perspective on how systems interact in all parts of our lives. Whether that is family, societal, or work I am interested in learning more about your journey and needs during our time together. Therapy is a partnership where we will work together to address your goals and life worth living.

What you can expect from me

In our first session we will discuss your mental health history, goals for treatment, and complete a diagnostic assessment. After intake is completed, we will work together to determine the flow of our sessions. I like to provide flexible options for session structure to allows individuals to feel comfortable and secure.
