Great to meet you!

I am a clinical licensed therapist with two years of experience with ADHD, Autism, and Trauma. I got my Master’s and social work from Simmons College and Bachelors of Psychology from University of MN Twin Cities. I specialize in working with kids 0-17 but also work closely with families! I am certified in Child Parent Psychotherapy and the Early Start Denver Model for kids with Autism and ADHD.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment where clients feel heard, understood, empowered, and valued. I believe meaningful change begins with understanding, so I work alongside clients to explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that shape their thoughts and behaviors.

I specialize in working with individuals experiencing ADHD, autism, and trauma. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, recognize the meaning behind their behaviors, and build practical strategies that support emotional regulation, resilience, and everyday functioning. Together, we develop coping skills, strengthen social and communication skills, and identify each client’s unique strengths.

Rather than focusing solely on reducing symptoms, I strive to help clients build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and confidence so they can navigate challenges, develop healthy relationships, and become the best version of themselves.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about getting to know you. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can share your story at your own pace. I know that starting therapy can feel intimidating, so there is no pressure to have all the answers or know exactly where to begin.

During our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, your current challenges, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I’ll also ask questions about your history and experiences so I can better understand you as a whole person—not just your symptoms.

Together, we’ll begin identifying goals that are meaningful to you and discuss what therapy may look like moving forward. My hope is that you leave your first session feeling heard, understood, supported, and with the confidence that we can work together to help you reach your goals.
