Great to meet you!

My name Is Eli, an indigenous, Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I am experienced in working with co-occurring, SUD, and mental health conditions. I have extensive experience in supporting individuals navigating through depression, anxiety, and trauma conditions.

My approach to therapy

When I embark on the journey of therapy with an individual, I allow that journey to be guided by various therapeutic models to best align with the individuals and what they feel is best or makes the most sense for them. These approaches may include cognitive behavioral, holistic, somatic, decolonized, family systems, and or narrative therapeutic strategies. These approaches are delivered from a strength-based, person-centered, and relational perspective.

What you can expect from me

My hope in walking alongside you on your journey is to best support and guide you in a way that honors your experiences. This journey is one of sacredness and intimacy where you are allowed to identify your best self and help you improve your overall well-being.
