Great to meet you!

I have been extensively trained to address mental health struggles such as ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, and complex trauma. I also focus on supporting parents create a great environment for their children who struggle with common mental health conditions.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I start with a premise that people have a remarkable capacity to change. If we feel we are understandable and can accept ourselves, then change therapy can be remarkably effective. I help clients understand their struggles, to best plan for the hard times and to accept themselves unconditionally

What you can expect from our first session

The greatest gift that I can give my clients is the belief that they make sense. Despite what may be going on, despite your self-despair, despite your chaos, I believe you make sense. I want you to feel understood, so that you can understand, and accept yourself in the most profound way possible
