Great to meet you!

I offer a real, unfiltered, and deeply authentic approach to therapy. No clinical jargon or sterile office vibes—just genuine connection. I'm simply here to support!

My approach to therapy

I use a widely integrative approach. Our work is tailored specifically to you. I draw from a variety of modalities (with a nice list underneath - there are a lot of trainings!) to help you develop insight and practical skills. With my humanistic core, I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship itself as the primary tool for healing and growth.
