Great to meet you!
I’m a Bilingual Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over six years of experience supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging and meaningful transitions. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, maternal and perinatal mental health, traumatic birth experiences, NICU experiences, and medical trauma.
I have a particular passion for supporting parents and families navigating pregnancy, postpartum changes, pregnancy or infant loss, premature birth, and the emotional impact that can come with unexpected medical experiences. I also enjoy working with individuals who are learning to set boundaries, strengthen their relationships, rebuild confidence, and find their voice during difficult seasons of life.
My goal is to provide a space where you can show up as you are, feel genuinely heard, and know that you do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
