Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a background in crisis services, trauma-informed care, and outpatient therapy. I have experience working with middle and high school–aged youth and specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, panic symptoms, and self-esteem challenges. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe therapy should feel safe, validating, and goal-oriented and my work focuses on helping clients build insight, confidence, and practical coping skills for long-term growth.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and supportive. I work closely with clients to identify clear goals and help them understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I incorporate practical tools and skill-building strategies to reduce anxiety and increase confidence, while also creating space for reflection and insight. My goal is to help clients feel empowered, capable, and equipped to manage challenges both inside and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a warm and nonjudgmental space to share what brings them to therapy. I typically spend time getting to know you, understanding your goals, and collaboratively identifying areas to focus on. We’ll discuss your strengths, challenges, and any immediate concerns, and I’ll introduce strategies or tools that may be helpful moving forward. The goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you feel heard and begin building practical skills for managing anxiety, panic, and self-esteem challenges.
