I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who was an RN for 16 years prior to deciding to become a Practitioner. I have a passion for mental health, both preventative and treating existing concerns.

I pride myself on being non-judgmental and accepting, and am focused on helping you to improve your quality of life. I am LGBTQIA+, non-traditional relationship structure (polyfidelity, polyamory, relationship anarchy, etc), kink friendly. There is no shame here. Come as you are, get help dealing with the things you struggle with, improve your quality of life and mental health. I would love to help you.

I focus on making the treatment fit the patient, not the other way around. I want to know how treatment can become a part of your life that helps you to tackle the things that aren't working for you.
