Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. As a licensed therapist, my priority is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel truly heard and understood. My approach is compassionate and culturally responsive, honoring your unique story and life experiences.

I work with people of all ages, but I have a special passion and training in supporting youth and families. I help children and teens navigate the ups and downs of growing up, whether it’s stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, or behavioral challenges, while also supporting parents and caregivers along the way.

No matter where you are on your journey, we’ll work together to build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, and create space for healing so you can find balance and well-being in your life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is gentle, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. Healing happens when you feel truly seen, safe, and understood. I draw from different methods depending on what you need most, including:

  • Exploring thoughts and patterns together to uncover what may be keeping you stuck and find new ways forward.
  • Creating a safe space for past experiences so you can process them at your own pace without judgment.
  • Teaching simple, practical tools like mindfulness and stress management that you can use in daily life.
  • Focusing on your strengths so therapy reflects who you are, not just what you’re going through.
  • Sharing knowledge and strategies so you feel empowered with skills that last beyond our sessions.

Every person’s journey is unique, and I’ll work alongside you to discover the approaches that feel most helpful and meaningful for your growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will start with brief introductions and a conversation about the challenges you’re currently facing. This helps me understand your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan to guide future sessions. The treatment plan is flexible and will grow with you, ensuring our sessions stay focused on your healing and progress.
