Great to meet you!

We all have experiences in life that might leave us feeling broken or disconnected with ourselves, others, in relationships, and the world around us. I believe that healing and wholeness can belong to all of us. If you are looking for someone to support you on your journey toward wellness and restoration, allow me to accompany you on the road that can often feel isolating when taken alone. The therapeutic relationship is paramount to me!

My approach to therapy

My overall counseling philosophy has evolved into a foundational belief that our emotions drive our behavior and the stories we tell ourselves shape our emotions. Changing our narratives and negative thinking patterns can literally change our lives: bringing healing, restoring hope, and learning to truly love ourselves.

I lean on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, clinical hypnosis/guided imagery, solution-focused, and strength-based approaches with clients.

What you can expect from me

I will meet you with compassion and empathy seeking to create a safe and encouraging space for you to make the changes in your life that you long to see.We will collaboratively set goals, use assessments to monitor growth, and celebrate victories embracing the truth that you are the expert in your life!
