Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I specialize in ADHD, relationships, anxiety, self esteem, life transitions, and women's issues. Let me help you reconnect with yourself, others, and what gives your life meaning. Together, we’ll uncover unconscious beliefs that contribute to self-doubt, worry, and stuckness. I will help identify unhelpful patterns of thought and behavior, improve self-regard, and develop emotional resilience. My hope is that over time, your suffering will ease, and you will know how to care for yourself better.

I operate from a non-directive, person-centered approach that supports the diverse range of human experience, helping strengthen deeper awareness, self-acceptance, and understanding.

I am originally from New York City, but received my BA from Colby College and my MSW from The University of New Hampshire. In my free time, I enjoy being with my dog and loved ones, exploring Maine's skiing and hiking trails, seeing live music, eating, weightlifting, and creating art.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in trust, collaboration, and a deep respect for each person's story. Operating from a belief in my clients’ strengths and capacity for growth, I bring a warm and down to earth presence to my therapy sessions.

In addition to the issues listed above, ADHD is one of the primary focuses of my work. If you have ADHD, you may know how exhausting it can be to move through a world that wasn’t built for your brain. Sensory overload, demand avoidance, task paralysis, and decision fatigue can feed shame, overwhelm, burnout, and anxiety. I’ll help you develop understanding, strategies, and self-compassion, so life works with your mind instead of against it.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out is the first step, and it takes courage. In our first session, we’ll explore what brought you here at whatever pace feels comfortable. By the end, you’ll have a sense of whether we’re a good fit and what our work together could look like.
