Great to meet you!

Growth, change, and healing is not easy work. Finding the right person to partner with makes a huge difference. My approach strives to balance acceptance and change; we need to feel accepted and find satisfaction in today, as well as push towards the goals we have for the future.

My approach to therapy

You can expect a very solution focused approach as we work together. I love teaching skills to help clients manage mental health conditions, move forward from addiction, and heal past trauma. I'm passionate about how DBT skills and cognitive reframing can change our experiences. Come with a challenge, and leave with a plan. Most change takes time, but together we can find solutions to make what you are facing today more manageable.

What you can expect from me

My role is to help you identify and move towards your goals for you. In our first session, we will work on clarifying your goals, and find barriers that are getting in the way of the progress you want. Together, we'll make a plan for change. I'll do my best to help you identify your values, and the path that leads to living them more fully. You are the expert on you. I'll trust your voice, and help you trust it too.
