Great to meet you!

I work with adults who are navigating trauma, neurodivergence, anxiety, self esteem issues, or, not uncommonly, a combination of the listed. My passion is to empower individuals to reconnect with their authentic selves by walking folks through their past wounds and current limitations that keep us from being grounded. I also work within other ranges such as inner child work, attachment styles, childhood trauma, generational trauma, spirituality, and the LGBTQIA community+. I am also passionate about working with fellow therapists through Clinical Supervision or counseling as I focus on imposter syndrome and integration of self.

My approach to therapy

I primarily use modalities of Internal Family Systems, Somatic experiencing, EMDR, Polyvagal theory/nervous system work, and Emotion Focused Therapy along with others to customize the healing process for each client. I focus on healing through connection with our authentic selves, our bodies, our past, and our dreams of the future.

I am passionate about empowering individuals to tap into their strengths while honoring the very real challenges that have brought them to seek change. My mission is to help you live your most authentic life through self-exploration, healing past wounds, and ultimately coming into alignment.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will get to know each other, explore your goals for therapy, and make a plan for how we can reach these goals. If you can an in person client, your first task will be to make yourself as comfy cozy as possible! I want therapy to feel comfortable and not like you are in a doctors office. You will often see me with a coffee in hand, fuzzy blanket, and nearby fidget- I want to help you find what makes you feel most safe as well!
