Great to meet you!

It can feel exhausting trying to figure out why your child is struggling, or why anxiety and stress just keep piling up no matter what you try. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples who are looking for real support and practical tools, not just someone to nod along. Families often come to me when they are trying to understand a child's attention or behavior challenges, and individuals come to me when anxiety, depression, or family tension has started to feel like too much to carry alone. I bring a warm, down to earth, and encouraging approach, and I focus on what each person is already doing well rather than only what feels broken.

My approach to therapy

Together we will work toward real, lasting change, not just symptom relief. I go deep with families navigating ADHD and attention challenges, and with adults and couples working through anxiety and family conflict, because that focus lets us build a plan that actually fits your life. You will walk away from our work together with practical tools you can use in the moment, a clearer understanding of your own patterns and strengths, and a stronger sense of what is possible for you and your family. I work best with people who want an active, collaborative partner in their care, someone who will be honest with you while still meeting you exactly where you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is simply a conversation. I want to get to know you, understand what brought you to therapy, and hear about the goals and values that matter most to you. There is no pressure to have it all figured out before we start. If you are ready for a supportive, practical partner in this next chapter, I would love to hear from you and start building a plan together.
