Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth! I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), here to support you through life’s challenges with warmth, compassion, and evidence-based care. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, or relationship issues, my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you feel truly seen and empowered to grow.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling from Loyola University Maryland in 2019. My path to becoming a therapist began in the school setting, where I spent three years as a school counselor. During that time, I also provided individual therapy to adults on a part-time basis, which deepened my passion for helping people one-on-one. In 2023, I transitioned into full-time private practice, where I continue to focus on working with adolescent and adult clients.

My approach to therapy

Clients often describe me as grounded, approachable, and easy to talk to. I take a client-centered, collaborative approach and tailor each session to your unique needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment theory to guide our work together. I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I use to help clients process and heal from trauma.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions with a deeper understanding of themselves, practical tools to manage life’s challenges, and a greater sense of clarity and confidence. My hope is that through our work together, you’ll feel more empowered to navigate anxiety, heal from past experiences, strengthen your relationships, and move toward the life you want with greater self-compassion and resilience.
