Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical social worker committed to creating a safe, affirming space for people of all identities and experiences. I combine decades of training and professional and lived experience to support individuals through life's challenges. I'm especially passionate about supporting older adults, caregivers, and LGBTQIA people of all ages. My goal is to help people improve their mental health, build resilience, and live their best life. I bring both expertise and genuine care to our work together, and am always guided by integrity and respect.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and solution-focused, helping clients identify strengths, clarify priorities, and find meaningful ways forward, while honoring the complexity of their lived experience. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating aging, life transitions, and caregiving, as well as exploring and affirming LGBTQ+ identities. My practice is grounded in cultural humility and ethical care.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a collaborative and supportive space where your strengths and experiences are valued. I believe you are the best expert on your own needs, and my role is to be a trusted guide -- helping you clarify what matters most, explore options, and take meaningful steps toward change. Together, we'll build on the resilience you already have while also developing practical tools and strategies to navigate challenges. My goal is to help you feel more confident, capable, and connected as you move toward living the life you want.
