Great to meet you!

I have been practicing Marriage & Family Therapy since 2018. I have a Masters in Marital & Family therapy and a Masters of Divinity. I have worked with individuals, adults, couples, and families with different struggles. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in these settings.

Through my studies, I have learned that therapy is a collaborative process. In order for you to achieve your goals, we must work as a team.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is influenced by Aaron Beck who founded Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Many people struggle with misconceptions about themselves. These misconceptions are created by the environment. I use CBT to help people change those misconceptions so that they can feel better about themselves and have a more positive outlook on life.
