Great to meet you!

Hello! I'm Liz Cross Bayless and I look forward to working with you. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in the clinical social work field for over 15 years. I graduated from New Mexico Highlands University in 2011, obtaining my Master's Degree in Social Work. I am passionate about helping clients navigate through life's challenges. I adapt my therapeutic approaches to meet your unique needs. I specialize in using cognitive behavioral, person-centered, motivational interviewing, mindfulness based, and solution focused therapies.

My approach to therapy

I offer an open minded practice, where clients can be heard and supported in a safe space. My approach to working with clients is collaborative, genuine, warm, and honest.

What you can expect from me

As we work together, my primary focus is to understand your concerns, symptoms, and the challenges that brought you to counseling. We will collaborate on various ways to develop new coping strategies, enhance communication, and I will help guide you with achieving your goals through processing, healing, and exploration of growth opportunities.
