Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Elizabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-C) in Oregon, offering trauma-informed individual and couples therapy for adults and teens. I am also a Certified Clinical Supervisor with the Oregon Board of Licensed Social Workers, providing supervision for Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) throughout Oregon.

My approach to therapy

With 30+ years in the mental health field, my work centers around anxiety, depression, trauma, bipolar disorders, eating and personality disorders as well as developmental challenges. My style is warm, inclusive, and strength's focused, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, and Solution-Focused approaches.

What you can expect from me

You deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to grow. I am a strong LGBTQIA+ ally and all are welcome here. I believe in empowering clients to create meaningful change, deepen self-understanding, and build fulfilling relationships.

Reaching out is a sign of strength and hope for something better. You do not have to navigate life's challenges alone and I would be honored to be a part of your journey. I look forward to meeting you soon. Until then, take good care of you. Sincerely, Elizabeth
