Elizabeth Danielian

I am an LCSW with over 25 years of experience supporting individuals, families, and organizations manage life's complexities, challenges, hard decisions, and losses. Together we can explore behaviors, feelings and beliefs, and solve for the barriers that are preventing you from joy and fulfillment in your life. I specialize in life transitions, grief/loss, career/workplace issues, women's issues, dating/online dating. I earned my Bachelor's in Music from Northwestern University and my MSW from The University of Illinois at Chicago.

I take an interpersonal, value and strengths-based approach to care. I have a direct and candid communication style, and use humor, stories, and creative tools when working with clients. I draw from my many years of professional and lived experience, and elements of various modalities including, mindfulness, DBT, and behavior modification. I try to be flexible with scheduling, so please reach out for help finding a quicker appointment, or to find a time that works for you.

My approach is to empower client in the therapeutic process, and encourage authentic and safe exploration and goal-setting, as well as a comfortable "come as you are" feeling, I encourage open and candid communication and meet clients where they are in their journey. We will explore and identify goals, then find the right path forward for you.
