Elizabeth Denny

Hello, I'm Liz! Born and raised in Oregon, started in a small town with rigid religious systems, and ended up in Portland with a social justice oriented education at Lewis and Clark College. I am now a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist, eager to support you on your journey.

I take a systems informed, queer-feminist, somatic, and holistic approach to therapy. You'll find I'm down to earth, and inclusive of all paths of life.

In our first session, we will take it slow. I will work collaboratively with you to build goals and a plan toward them. One step at a time.
