Hello! My name is Elizabeth Derr and I am located here in OKC. Currently I offer ADHD testing services in office and telehealth therapy services. I have been a therapist for over 12 years and work best with neurodivergent adults, anxiety related disorders as well as depression/mood disorders.

I strive to create a supportive, creative space for open and honest discussions, helping you cultivate mindful behaviors and meaningful change. Together, we can navigate your current challenges and work toward improving your overall well-being and daily life.
During our first session, I like to take time to get to know how you’re feeling, thinking, and managing things right now. This helps me understand what you need and what goals you’d like to work toward. My goal is to make therapy feel comfortable and collaborative, so we can find the approaches that fit you best and support your success.
