Great to meet you!

I believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you better understand yourself, work through what is getting in the way, and build a life that feels more authentic and manageable.

I’m Elizabeth, a therapist with 20 years of experience helping people navigate depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, and neurodivergence, with a particular focus on autistic clients. I bring warmth, gentleness, humor, and a little quirkiness into therapy while creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and accepted. I especially enjoy working with LGBTQ+ clients, including trans and gender-diverse people.

You do not have to figure everything out alone. I would be honored to support you as you heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more like your own.

I Support and Uphold:

LGBTQAI+ Community

Open / Poly / Non-monogamous relationships

Black, Indigenous & People of Color

Immigrants and Refugees

My approach to therapy

I use positive psychology and a strengths-based approach to my sessions. I incorporate a variety of theories such as CBT, Internal Family Systems, Client-Centered, Feminism, Psychoanalytic, Harm Reduction, Solution Focused, Eco Psychology, and DBT skills.

I have a sex-positive approach and am an LGBTQ+ provider.

What you can expect from me

I understand that opening up to a stranger can feel uncomfortable. My goal is to help you feel as safe and at ease as possible. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and clarify what you hope to gain from our work together. I want you to leave our first meeting feeling heard, respected, and hopeful about the process.
