Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome. It is my mission to provide a warm, friendly environment for you to discuss your life challenges and difficult experiences freely and safely without the feeling of being judged. I will provide you with the tools and coping strategies to overcome trials presented through depression, anxiety, adjustment difficulties, behavioral concerns, relationship conflict, family concerns and stress. I will be devoted in helping you and/or your child(ren) in finding a sense of stability and gaining perseverance. Allow me a chance to listen to your needs and inspire your change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, integrative, and tailored to the unique needs of each individual, drawing on humanistic and evidence-based techniques to foster growth. I prioritize creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore challenges and build on existing strengths.

What you can expect from me

Individuals can expect their first session to be a supportive, structured, and nonjudgmental introduction designed to build rapport, gather essential information, and establish a foundation for future, personalized care. As your Clinician, I focus on creating a safe, accessible environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and emotions at their own pace.
