Hello, I have worked extensively in the mental health field in a variety of settings and accross the spectrum of diagnoses. I am fully telehealth and licensed in Arizona, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Florida. I specialize in working with ADHD and enjoy helping adults gain the skills and tools to help them better manage daily life.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy and do my best to meet my clients where they are. It's important to me that I create a safe and trusting dynamic to help my clients feel comfortable discussing difficult topics. I use humor, when appropriate. I am affirming and gentle when encouraging growth.
I want my clients to know that I belive they can do hard things and they can feel better. It's ok to ask for help and to struggle.
