Great to meet you!

Welcome. I am a doctoral-level mental health professional with extensive experience in behavioral health, clinical mental health counseling, and crisis intervention. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s unique needs. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma-related concerns, and behavioral challenges, helping them develop practical skills that promote healing and resilience. My goal is to provide a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to create meaningful and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe each person’s experiences are unique, and I tailor treatment to meet their individual needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we will work to develop practical skills, foster resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change in a supportive and judgment-free environment.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brings you to therapy. I’ll ask questions about your personal history, current concerns, and the goals you hope to achieve through treatment. Together, we’ll begin developing a plan that is tailored to your needs while creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. My goal is for you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work we’ll do together.
