Great to meet you!

Adjusting to life's changes and transitions can be overwhelming. You're not alone and, you've taken the first step toward healing. I have been a psychodynamic psychotherapist for almost 30 years working with adults, parents and young children. I specialize in treating depression/anxiety, birth trauma, parenting, co-parenting, early childhood mental health, child development, grief, and loss. I utilize the models of Internal Family Systems, Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and for parenting, Filial Therapy, T Berry Brazelton's Touchpoints, Early Childhood Mental Health, Circle of Security, and Fussy Baby.

My approach to therapy

Together we will look at what is happening in your life, define your goals and utilize the best model of treatment to move toward those goals. I am somatic psychotherapist, and listen to the wisdom of the body through the forms of InterPlay and Mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

At the first session, we will get to know a little about each other and see if there is a fit. Therapy is a relationship and it has to feel right. We will start by having a dialogue about why you're seeking therapy and get a sense of what it would be like to work together.

Congratulations of taking this difficult step, and I look forward to speaking with you.
