Great to meet you!

Life is hard sometimes, and you don’t have to go it alone! I’m passionate about providing support for those who feel unseen, unheard, or overwhelmed. My focus is helping people heal from the weight of trauma, manage anxiety or depression, cope with chronic stress or grief, explore identity, and strengthen relationships! You deserve a safe space where your challenges are met with respect and clarity about your options for improved wellness. I offer telehealth services so you can access therapeutic support and healing from the comfort of your own space. I look forward to connecting with you about your goals and how I can help!

My approach to therapy

I help clients navigate trauma and chronic stress. Pain can leave us feeling invisible, and healing takes a safe space to be seen. I offer that space—supporting you in uncovering your inner strengths, building healthy coping skills, and learning to thrive, not just survive.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to help you feel better using a practical, person-centered approach. I blend trauma-informed, solution-focused, and body-based (somatic) tools to support healing and connection. If you’re ready to find greater balance and wellness, I’d be honored to support you!
