Great to meet you!

Hey there! Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, history of trauma, or relationship challenges, and are seeking support to navigate life’s complexities? Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about your next steps? Is your goal to understand yourself better, build healthier coping strategies, and regain control of your life? Would you like to feel more grounded, confident, and resilient in facing life's ups and downs? Are you seeking to develop a deeper sense of well-being, peace, and self-worth? If so, we might be a good fit to work together!

I specialize in helping youth and adults (12+) navigate anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. Using a mix of CBT, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness, I work collaboratively with clients to develop personalized strategies for growth, healing, and increased well-being.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you're dealing with stress, self-esteem, or relationship issues, I’m here to listen and support you. If you're ready to begin your journey toward healing, I invite you to reach out and see how we can work together.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative, drawing from a variety of modalities and techniques. I use a person-centered and interactive counseling style, tailored to meet you exactly where you are. I believe in building a strong, trust-based relationship at your pace—because your story matters, and you deserve a safe space to tell it.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, we’ll focus on building rapport and getting to know one another. I want to hear your unique experiences and help you feel grounded in the therapy process. As we continue, we’ll work collaboratively to explore your concerns, uncover patterns, and develop tools that support your growth and healing.

My passion for this work stems from a deep belief that every person is valuable and deserves to be heard. I strive to offer a space for reflection, empowerment, and meaningful change. Let’s walk this path together—toward clarity, resilience, and wellness.
