Great to meet you!

I am presently only taking new patients for medication management, if you would like therapy as well I would be happy to add you to the waitlist Seeking help for your mental health takes courage, and I believe it should be celebrated. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner with a background in social work and a decade of experience in addiction treatment, I bring a warm, compassionate, and often humorous approach to care. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel empowered and heard.

My approach to therapy

I practice integrative psychiatry, offering a thoughtful mix of medication management and therapy to address the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. I believe the relationship between provider and patient is the foundation of good care, built on trust, respect, and collaboration. There’s no one-size-fits-all solution in mental health, so we’ll work together to find the approach that fits you best. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life’s many transitions, I’ll meet you where you are with respect and curiosity.

What you can expect from me

I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor care to your unique needs, including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), trauma-focused care, and humanistic therapy. My style is collaborative and patient-guided — we’ll work together to find what feels right for you
