Great to meet you!

My name is Elizabeth Nailling, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have years of experience helping clients to work through trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, and major life changes.

My approach to therapy

I use a predominantly Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) approach, which provides plenty of tools and freedom to tailor therapy to your specific needs and preferences.

What you can expect from me

I provide a safe, open, and collaborative environment so that you can feel free to be your true self in therapy. We'll explore and identify what's been getting in your way and develop a plan together on how to best address and deal with what's been blocking you. You will learn and practice skills such as mindfulness, problem-solving, cognitive coping, and communication/assertiveness training, which will help you to better manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in stressful situations.
