Great to meet you!

If you’re here, you may be feeling overwhelmed, unsure where to start, or simply ready for support. I’m Elizabeth Ogunshola, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC), and my priority is helping you feel heard, understood, and supported from the very first conversation. You deserve care that feels safe, compassionate, and free of judgment.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and holistic, which means you’re an active partner in your care. We’ll focus on you as a whole person — not just symptoms — and may incorporate medication management, supportive therapy, education, and lifestyle guidance when helpful. I believe in being transparent and working together so you feel informed, supported, and confident in each step of your treatment. I work with all ages, and I work on concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related challenges, substance use, and more.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re seeking mental health care for the first time or returning after a break, I’ll meet you exactly where you are. Our work together is focused on helping you build stability, clarity, and a greater sense of well-being at a pace that feels right for you. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and balance, I’d be honored to support you.
