Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Elizabeth Omoniyi, a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults.

I specialize in treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress and burnout, women’s mental health, sleep concerns, and mood disorders. I understand that seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, and I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

My approach combines medication management with supportive therapy techniques tailored to each individual’s needs. I believe in collaborative care and work closely with clients to develop realistic, personalized treatment plans that support long-term emotional wellness and daily functioning.

With over 16 years of nursing experience and extensive experience in mental health care, I bring both clinical expertise and empathy into every session. I enjoy helping clients better understand themselves, build healthy coping skills, improve focus and emotional balance, and regain confidence in their daily lives.

I have experience supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, including professionals, students, veterans, women navigating life transitions, and individuals managing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and mood-related concerns.

I look forward to supporting you on your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I believe mental health treatment works best when clients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in the decision-making process.

I provide evidence-based medication management combined with supportive therapy techniques to help clients better understand their symptoms, improve emotional wellness, and build practical coping skills for daily life. I commonly support individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, stress, sleep difficulties, and mood-related concerns.

I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their challenges openly. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, emotional balance, confidence, and long-term tools that support meaningful and lasting progress.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where we take time to understand their concerns, symptoms, goals, and overall mental health history.

During the first session, we will discuss current challenges, emotional well-being, stressors, lifestyle factors, past treatment experiences, and what clients hope to achieve through care. I believe in creating personalized treatment plans that may include medication management, supportive therapy techniques, coping strategies, education, and practical next steps.

My goal is for clients to leave the session feeling heard, understood, supported, and more hopeful about their path forward.
