Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Elizabeth Patrick, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist in North Carolina. With over a decade of experience in mental health, I've had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan--from adolescents to older adults--navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, and severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI).

My approach to therapy

I specialize in anxiety treatment and am passionate about helping clients break free from fear, self-doubt, and overthinking. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey where you are the expert on your life. My role is to walk alongside you, offering guidance, support, and insights that foster self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful change.

In our work together, you'll find a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore your challenges and uncover the strengths already within you. My goal is to empower you to make choices that align with your values and lead to lasting emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our introductory session is a chance to get to know each other. We'll explore your story; identify the challenges you'd like to address and co-create a personalized plan that supports your goals. I'm committed to equipping you not only with effective strategies but also with the knowledge and tools to make informed decisions for long-term success.

Your journey toward healing begins with a single step.

Let's take it together--schedule your first session today.
