Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing telehealth therapy for adults, couples, and families in New York, Massachusetts, and Maine. My clinical background is rooted in complex family systems work. In addition, I specialize in trauma therapy for PTSD, complex trauma, and chronic stress responses. I also help clients navigate anxiety, relationship stress, burnout, identity concerns, and major life transitions. My aim is to create a space that feels grounded, honest, and genuinely helpful.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I tailor therapy to the individual rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all approach. I listen carefully, help clients understand patterns, and offer practical tools when useful. My work is trauma-informed and may draw from EMDR, CBT, DBT-informed skills, attachment-based therapy, family systems thinking, and insight-oriented approaches. Whether you are looking for coping strategies, deeper healing, or both, we can build a plan that fits.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a conversation and a chance to see whether the fit feels right. We’ll talk about what brings you in, what feels stuck, what you’ve already tried, and what you hope can change. You do not need to have everything figured out beforehand. My goal is for you to leave with greater clarity, a sense of direction, and a practical next step.
