Hello! I'm Liz. I am an LMHC. I earned my MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2014. I am currently licensed in 6 states and ADHD-CCSP and ASDCS certified.

I enjoy working with individuals and families in crisis. I have worked over the past 20 years in a variety of settings. My professional goal in life is to assist individuals to recover from negative self-talk as well as negative messages sometimes instilled in childhood or prior relationships and assist patients build a healthier emotional quality of life.

I am dedicated to providing compassionate counseling services to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues. My goal is to empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, and to improve their overall quality of life.

Good counselors use a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness practices, to help our clients overcome negative thought patterns and behaviors. I believe in a holistic approach to mental health, addressing both the mind and body.
