Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed counselor with over 15 years of experience walking alongside people as they navigate hard seasons, uncertain transitions, and deep questions of identity, relationship, and purpose.

Clients often describe me as calming, nonjudgmental, and intuitive. My style is conversational and collaborative, grounded in trust and curiosity rather than quick fixes. I work best with adults who are emotionally intelligent or self-aware enough to recognize their patterns, but feel stuck repeating them.

Many of my clients are in midlife or beyond, and have spent years people-pleasing or over-functioning in relationships. They often come to therapy ready to reconnect with their voice, clarify their needs, and find a new direction.

My approach is integrative and tailored to each person, drawing from humanistic, transpersonal, existential, neuroscience, and trauma-informed traditions.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy is a space to slow down, reflect deeply, and make room for parts of you that may have been silenced, pushed aside, or hidden beneath coping strategies. Together, we’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and where you want to go. I’m not a therapist who stays surface-level or only focuses on symptoms. I care about what’s underneath and what matters most to you.

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through safe connection, increased awareness, and gentle but honest reflection. I don’t come with a rigid agenda, I meet you where you are, and we go from there.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a space where your emotions are welcome, your story is honored, and your growth is supported at a pace that feels right for you. You never need to come in with an agenda, in fact, some of the most meaningful and empowering sessions often begin with, “I don’t know what to talk about today!” This is your space, and I’m here for what shows up.
