Elizabeth Schwartz

Hello, and welcome! My name is Elizabeth Schwartz, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides psychiatric evaluations, psychotropic medications when/if needed, medication management, and therapeutic modalities as needed to help you reach optimal mental health. In addition to my PMHNP, I also hold a MSW and have approximately 11 years of experience in the psychiatric field as a health care provider. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, psychosis, and LBTQ+ mental health concerns. Above all, I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and supported because you are enough, just as you are.

My approach to care begins with meeting each client where they are, creating a supportive and compassionate environment where treatment progresses at a pace that feels comfortable for them. I believe in providing holistic, solution-focused care that considers the whole person, incorporating therapeutic techniques when appropriate to support overall mental health and well-being. Throughout treatment, my goal is to work together as a team to achieve meaningful and lasting improvements in mental health and quality of life.

Every client's journey begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, allowing us to collaboratively develop an individualized treatment plan.
